Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ffb77 platform and all services under it. When you create an account on ffb77, log in, or participate in any game or betting service, you are automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Must register an account in your own name — registering an account in someone else's name is prohibited.
A maximum of one account per person is permitted.

2.2 Account Registration Process

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in the account being immediately suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. ffb77 may request certificates or other proof of identity at any time.

2.3 Password & Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with others is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

Important: Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses and balances will be cancelled.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

Account identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of incomplete information.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on ffb77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies on the platform. Any charges from the payment provider applicable at the time of deposit or withdrawal (if any) will be determined according to that provider's own policy — ffb77 does not impose any additional transaction fees.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000, regardless of the deposit amount.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

The period to meet the wagering requirement starts from the date the bonus is approved. If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each member may not benefit from any single promotion more than once.
Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
ffb77 reserves the right to change or discontinue promotion terms at any time.
If bonus abuse is suspected, ffb77 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

If a technical issue occurs during a game session, ffb77 reserves the right to void that round.
Prizes awarded in error due to a technical fault will be corrected afterwards.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, all bet outcomes depend on the announcement by the official governing body. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.

Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international tournaments.
Pre-match bets cannot be changed after the match has started.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. ffb77 is not responsible for members' gaming losses. All bets are placed consciously and voluntarily — it is the member's own decision. ffb77 provides responsible gaming tools, but the final decision rests with the member.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Right to Amend

ffb77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or through a notification within the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request that your account be closed.
